Dune Room. The dune room is decorated in a New England style. This room has a sideways sea view or view over the marina. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. ;
Bondi Beach Double Room. This room has a beautiful white interior in New England style. From the chairs on the large balcony, you can enjoy the view over the dunes. This room also has a large bathroom with separate shower and bath. Pets are not allowed in this room type. ;
Long Island Junior Suite. This large room offers luxury and comfort. You have a view over the dunes and lateral at sea. Stay in this suite with a cosy place to sit, a bathroom with separate shower and bath and a spacious balcony with deck chairs. The magnificent white wooden furniture make you feel the warmth of a classic hotel by the beach. Pets are not allowed. ;
Harbour Island Hampton Bay Suite. The Harbour Island suite is decorated in a colonial style, with a dark and tropical wooden floor and teak furniture. The suite is decorated with a lighter colour scheme and in a New England style. These attractive suites have a living room and bedroom. You can enjoy the beautiful view over the sea from the rooms and their balcony. Some suites have a separate bath and shower. Some suites have a microwave. The price is based on 2 people staying in the suite. The suite offers space for 4 people in total. ;
Sea Breeze Junior Suite. The Sea Breeze Junior Suite is spacious and wonderfully light thanks to the large windows and sliding doors from which one enjoys a sweeping view of Cadzand and the hinterland. This room is designed by Heleen, characterized by the elegant and contemporary boho chic look with natural materials and colors. Enjoy this cozy room with double bed, a freestanding bathtub to fully relax and a comfortable sitting area. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet and shower. The sofa in the sitting area transformsa comfortable single bed for a third person in no time. Dogs are unfortunately not allowed in this room type. There is no outdoor area with these rooms, although the room temperature can be controlled with air conditioning. ;
Master Suite. Enjoy a direct sea view from this beautiful suite. In the living room there is a separate seating area. In the bathroom there is a massage bath and a separate shower. The New England interior, the beautiful bed and the special lighting provide a touch of romance. In the bathroom there is a shower as well as a bath. The price is based on 2 people staying in the suite. The suite offers space for 4 people in total. ;
Terrace Room. In a Terrace Room, the beach feeling is complete: the access is outside, allowing one to step outside right from the room. Thanks to the sleek and contemporary decor with natural materials and colors, one immediately feels at home. The bathroom is comfortably furnished with sink, toilet and a spacious walk-in shower. Thanks to the walk-in closet, there is more than enough storage space available. All rooms of this room type are located downstairs in the hotel, so the sounds of the restaurant upstairs can be heard and there is no sea view. However, the deck terrace is beautifully south-facing and equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and cheerfully swaying beach grass. The room can accommodate two guests; an extra bed for a third person is possible. In addition, the Terrace Room allows one dog per room. Please note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant. ;
South Beach Room. The renovated South Beach rooms are designed by Heleen. The spacious layout and peaceful atmosphere, combined with their top-floor location, offer stunning views of the surroundings. Especially from the comfortable deck chairs on the private balcony, the panoramic view over the dunes and the playful sea or the lively marina is truly enjoyable. The semi-open bathroom has a walk-in shower in addition to a washbasin and enclosed toilet. The room can accommodate two guests; an extra bed for a third person is possible, as the sofa convertsa comfortable single bed in no time. ;
SunSet Room. Located on the top floor, this room features a balcony with sea views and a bathroom with a shower. Pets are not allowed in this room type. ;
Tower Room. From far away, the hotels distinctive and familiar tower is already visible in the distance. At the very top is a renewed Tower Room designed by Heleen. Upon entering this room, immediately to the right is a room with a sink, toilet and shower. The living and sleeping area one floor up is what makes this room truly special, reached via the spiral staircase. Thanks to the windowsaround, the view of land, sea, village, Zwin and Westerschelde from this room is truly breathtaking, here you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset! This exceptional room can accommodate a maximum of two guests, pets are not allowed. Please note that one must walk up a flight of stairs and that there is no outdoor space and limited closet space. ;
Dream Suite. Featuring front sea views, this suite has one bedroom and a living room with a sofa. The bathroom comes with a shower and bath. Pets are not allowed in this room type. ;
Pure Nature Suite. This suite includes 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. This suite has a minibar, a tea and coffee maker, flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well as chocolate for guests. The unit has 3 beds.
